Overview

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide the website and handle enquiries. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Hosting & server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files that your browser transmits (including IP address, date/time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser and operating system details). This data serves technical provision and security and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Embedded fonts & scripts

Fonts, styles and scripts of this website are self-hosted and served from the same server as the page. No connections to third-party servers are established for this and no data is transmitted to external providers.

Cookies & consent

Unless strictly necessary, the storage of or access to information on your device takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This website currently does not set any such cookies itself.

Getting in touch

The contact form does not store any data on the server but opens your local email client with the message you have written. If you contact us by email or via Discord, we process your details exclusively to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Note

This privacy policy is a template and must be adapted to actual operations (in particular the hosting provider and services used). It does not replace legal advice.
